megablog turns out that our reading is more than we thought and as many already know because they were that day, part of the directors expressed their displeasure with our average expression, calling child, unprofessional and does not contribute to the cause are looking for.

The reason given is that problems are best dealt to stay quiet or do a story on the blog about it. And they're totally right, it is always better to talk about what bothers you with your boss or whoever you do it, but there are cases where this does not work either because you do not get feedback (not my case but there are) or because the answers are always the same and do not satisfy.

So in this case there is nothing to discuss, so I make a post about this and if anything fails me vent in my personal blog.

I think if they know of the existence of these people that are not profitable for the organization, then they should take action.

My final thought is that they should not worry about this blog, and that is not MegaBlog causing inconvenience for people, not invented anything or promotes discontent. The discontent is there, if you are a normal employee you realize it is in the air, it is difficult to understand from above, but this blog is not the cause, is the consequence.
